3. Reservation System
RESERVATION PROCESS\nReservations can be made through:\n• Our website enigmaconalma.com\n• Phone: +34 672 79 60 06\n• Email: reservas@enigmaconalma.com\n• In person at our restaurant\n\nRESERVATION CONFIRMATION\n• Online reservations require confirmation by email or SMS\n• Phone reservations are confirmed verbally\n• Without confirmation, the reservation may be automatically canceled\n• We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your reserved time\n\nRESERVATION MODIFICATIONS\n• Modifications up to 2 hours before at no cost\n• Changes with less than 2 hours notice subject to availability\n• We do not guarantee accommodation of last-minute changes\n\nWAITING POLICY\n• Maximum tolerance of 15 minutes delay\n• After 15 minutes, the table may be released\n• In case of delay, contact the restaurant immediately
4. Cancellations and No-Show
CANCELLATION POLICY\n• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the reservation\n• Cancellations between 2-4 hours: 25% charge of base menu\n• Cancellations with less than 2 hours: 50% charge of base menu\n• Same-day cancellations: 100% charge of base menu\n\nNO-SHOW (NOT SHOWING UP)\n• Not showing up without prior cancellation constitutes 100% charge\n• Charges will be applied according to the payment method provided\n• Three no-shows will result in temporary reservation restrictions\n\nSPECIAL EVENTS AND TASTING MENUS\n• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before\n• Cancellations with less than 24 hours: 75% charge of price\n• No-show at special events: 100% charge plus administrative costs\n\nEXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES\n• Documented medical emergencies: charge exemption\n• Extreme weather conditions: cancellation without charge\n• Restaurant closure due to force majeure: full refund
5. Payments and Prices
